About Me
My Journey
I'm an innovative art therapist specializing in watercolor painting, dedicated to working with adults, kids, teenagers, and families to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. My person-centered approach values collaboration, empathy, and creativity, and I collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care.

I graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Art and Human Development and Family Sciences. In May 2022, I earned my master's degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I obtained my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in May 2023 and my ATR (Registered Art Therapist) in May 2024. Since then, I have been working as a clinician in private practice.

Growing up in Downers Grove, a Chicago suburb, I discovered my passion for art therapy while attending Downers Grove North High School. As a lifelong painter and illustrator, I love to incorporate creative expression into my therapy sessions. Additionally, I offer custom paintings, dog portraits, and other forms of artistic expression. Feel free to contact me for more information!
